Information we process

When you send the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional referral source, optional message, and the page attribution values associated with that request. Our systems and service providers may also process an IP address where available, browser user agent, language, page events, referral details, and campaign values.

Analytics and lead requests

We use ACR to measure site activity and process lead requests. This helps us understand site use, attribute campaigns, prevent abuse, route your request, and respond to you. A validated contact request is sent to ACR only after our server accepts it.

ACR receives analytics events such as page URL and path, page title, referrer, campaign values, screen dimensions, engagement measurements, landing attribution, and identifiers used to relate activity in a browser or session. For a contact request, ACR also receives the form information described above and limited technical context. We do not intentionally send a lead to ACR from browser form submission tracking. Our server is the lead delivery path.

Scheduling

The thank you page embeds OnceHub as our scheduling recipient. Information you enter in that scheduler is provided to OnceHub so it can offer times and manage your booking. OnceHub may also receive technical information needed to load the embedded scheduler.

Browser identifiers and storage

ACR may use an _acr_uid cookie as a browser identifier, localStorage for an anonymous identifier and a bounded event backlog, and sessionStorage for session, landing, campaign, test, and recent call to action values. The backlog lets analytics events be retried after a temporary delivery failure. These identifiers and stored events support measurement, attribution, session continuity, and delivery reliability.

We also place a sessionStorage marker after the contact popup appears so it appears only once in a browser session. A separate non-sensitive sessionStorage marker records a booking confirmation received from a trusted OnceHub or ScheduleOnce message. These two site markers do not contain your form entries or scheduling details. Browser controls can clear cookies and site storage, but doing so may reset session continuity, popup frequency, attribution, or the booking status shown.

Retention and your choices

We retain information according to what is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including responding to requests, maintaining business records, operating and securing the site, resolving delivery failures, and meeting applicable requirements. The relevant period depends on the type of information and why it is needed. You may ask about retention or request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by using our existing contact page. We will review requests according to the circumstances and applicable requirements.
